The wheel body undergoes precision forging and normalization processes, followed by heating and quenching via spraying. This results in a tread surface hardness of HRC52-62, with a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (HRC45) or greater. This ensures enhanced durability in terms of impact resistance and surface wear resistance on both the outer and inner sides of the wheel body. To accommodate tropical and cold regions, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a lubrication system, ensuring that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and requires no maintenance even under harsh working conditions or extreme temperatures ranging from -45°C to 120°C.
