1. What Is front idler ?

The idler plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the track links and preventing their displacement. Additionally, it supports a portion of the weight, reinforcing the track links and reducing the ground pressure they exert. A centrally positioned arm underpins the track link and guides its bilateral movement. A minute clearance between the idler and the track roller enhances the overall alignment and directional stability of the track system, thereby ensuring its efficient and accurate operation.

The product boasts a wheel body with a distinctive box-shaped design, precision-cast using alkaline phenol-formaldehyde resin sand or sodium silicate sand as foundational materials. These materials undergo normalization, and the rail surface is hardened through medium-frequency induction to achieve a hardness range of HRC48 to HRC58, with a hardening depth of at least 4-6mm (reaching HRC45 at this depth). This guarantees superior durability and wear resistance in extreme operating environments.
